Friendly, local place. Family friendly. Best bar in old town.

Had dinner and drinks here two nights in a row because everything was so perfect the first night! 20 oz. beer on tap in a frozen goblet, huge portions of food, and the best service with a smile that is surpassed by none! Highly recommend this place for sure!

We were staying at a hotel nearby and visited on a recommendation of someone from Basalt that I met while skiing at Snowmass. Great suggestion. We liked it so much we came back the next night! Food and drinks were great and reasonably priced for the Valley.

The absolute best bean burger I've ever had. I was prepared to be disappointed since I dropped in shortly before the kitchen closed, but I was blown away by the quality of the burger. Crispy outside, didn't fall apart, great guacamole and pico to top, perfectly paired bun... I was so impressed that I didn't put it down once I picked it up. My only complaint is that I didn't order a second (not because I needed one, the portion is quite generous!).

Have visited here 4 times and had varied food and service. Meatloaf was some of the driest but good flavor, had to order extra sauce to bring some moisture back into it. Pretty good fish and chips and the portions of all meals is generous. Had wings that were good meaty wings with a tasty sauce but had obviously sat for a while before making it to our table, barely warm and sauce had congealed. If we had not already waited more than 45 minutes for our food (on a night where it was not full) I would had sent them back. Had good pizza and a burger on other visits. Service varies from very good and attentive to being completely neglected. Seems like they are understaffed when it is more than half full.

Great atmosphere and their Caprese salad is unreal! Pizza is also yummy.

Great spot for a drink, nice clean and modern interior with a western feel. Staff was attentive and friendly. Solid happy hours specials. Unfortunately I didn't get any food during my visit here but I enjoyed my experience and I will definitely back next time to try out their food.

Food was fine but overpriced for the quality. 1 star because they have gendered single use restrooms. Basic human decency isn't that hard. At the very least make single use restrooms gender neutral.

I visited the pub on a Tuesday afternoon. There were few patrons and several staff people. The buffalo burger and the buffalo meatloaf were very good. The kitchen was fast. The service was fast and friendly and helpful. The portions were pretty big.

Just had lunch there. Blackend alaskan cod tacos and my son had a sandwhich. Excellent food, excellent service.

Chile was excellent. Buffalo meatloaf with mashed potatoes and well seasoned green beans was also very good. Missed five stars because of the dry, flavorless fried chicken. The green salad with the goat cheese, pumpkin seeds and apples was both very good and filling. The waitress, Claire, was friendly, fast, and attentive. Overall we all were happy with this restaurant and recommend it.

The first 30 minutes of my visit here was characterized by the medieval grade lighting in the dining area. The ceiling fans would make the lights flash which was super annoying. They need one great big chandlier or something. Food is good though.

Great pub with great food. Nice local whiskey selection. Scooter the bartender gave me a hand drawn map to take some backroads down to Aspen to avoid the traffic. I will certainly be coming back.
